Love the classic eyeliner tattoo that JeongAe did on my eyes. She really took the time to ensure that I got the style... that I wanted. I told her how I normally did my eyeliner on a daily basis and she took that in consideration when she customized the design to fit my facial features. She also made sure that the process was comfortable and as painless as possible. Love the end results so much that I asked her to go darker during my touchup session. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the work of Jeongae. She listened intently to my desires as I am NOT a fan... of the bold brow look, however with a Hypothyroid condition my eyebrows were non existent and since getting lasik it was very apparent. Jeongae was recommended to me by a makeup artist that I used and I am so glad she did! She gave me realistic brows, and we decided to go a dark blonde shade so they would look more natural without makeup .. I figure I can always make them more dramatic when need be . .but right now I needed to just look like I had them :) I am scheduled for a touch up so will add a photo later, however, I just want to point out that you are not going to get a cookie cutter brow . I unfortunately had a really bad experience. JeongAe is clearly talented in her work, and I researched for eyeliner... tattoos and found her. I came in early for my appointment, and at first we disagreed on the position of the tattoo. Her excuse for not wanting to go for the position I wanted is that my eye shape wouldn't allow it. Once we finally agreed on that, I noticed that the eyeliner shapes on both eyes didn't match. Her excuse for that was that my eyes were each shaped differently so the tattoo won't match on both eyes. Finally after an hour she said that she wouldn't continue and kicked me out because she wouldn't have enough time before her next appointment. So she only allotted 30min for positioning for a tattoo on my eyelid, and then everything about my eyes was off for her. I have freckle tattoos on my face and other tattoos and I have never EVER had an artist kick me out. AND THE FACT THAT SHE ONLY ALLOTED 30MIN FOR POSITIONING/DRAWING OUT A TATTOO ON AN EYELID (I came in early and had extra time but still that's ridiculous). I even got an email afterwards about how to take care of my tattoo - which i didn't even get (not that she cares). I'm sure she does great work but her customer service and how she treats clients needs some work. She has not reached out to reschedule, not that I would trust her after such a bad experience - $283 deposit lost. Wish I could give 0 stars.read more

Let me say I was terrified to have someone do eye liner tattooing…eyes freak me out and I can’t even apply eye drops to... myself. I made a consultation appointment here and had to cancel which i did the same day snd asked peer for a refund of the 25... dollars she charged to book the consult snd she refused to refund the deposit . Very unprofessional and seems like it was more important to take 25 dollars from me than to just do a good thing and refund the deposit considering the circumstances. JeongAe is an incredibly skilled and talented permanent makeup artist. I had my eyeliner and brows done by another... permanent makeup artist previously, and although it was done well, the pigment had changed colours and what was supposed to be a blackish-brown, now had pinkish undertones. JeongAe patiently listened to my concerns, addressed areas that need correcting, told me what was possible and what wasn’t, carefully proceeded and did not rush through the procedure. She masterfully corrected the pigment and shape for my brows and she beautifully enhanced the shape of my eyes. Thinking back, I remember being hesitant at getting my brows micro bladed but she also explained to me the different types. It is... amazing what a remarkable difference something as small as eyebrows can do for your appearance. I was a bit cautious about getting my brows done and was looking for someone who had done the procedure on black skin. When I consulted with JeongAe, I felt reassured.
