I had the best experience coming here for my eyeliner correction. I previously had eyelash enhancement and then upper... eyeliner done by different artists and Jeongae spent at least an hour mapping out the new shape to make everything balance. They are healing beautifully and I could not be happier with the results. The only regret I have is not coming here for my initial work. Her attention to detail, precision, and care are unmatched. I was nervous about how badly the tattoo could go (it is your face after all) but she put me at ease. JeongAe was so professional, organized and detailed. She spent easily 30 minutes just perfecting the initial lip line with a markup pencil before tattooing to ensure it was perfect and exactly to my liking. You cannot go wrong with JeongAe.read more

Love the classic eyeliner tattoo that JeongAe did on my eyes. She really took the time to ensure that I got the style... that I wanted. I told her how I normally did my eyeliner on a daily basis and she took that in consideration when she customized the design to fit my facial features. She also made sure that the process was comfortable and as painless as possible. Love the end results so much that I asked her to go darker during my touchup session. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the work of Jeongae. She listened intently to my desires as I am NOT a fan... of the bold brow look, however with a Hypothyroid condition my eyebrows were non existent and since getting lasik it was very apparent. Jeongae was recommended to me by a makeup artist that I used and I am so glad she did! She gave me realistic brows, and we decided to go a dark blonde shade so they would look more natural without makeup .. I figure I can always make them more dramatic when need be . .but right now I needed to just look like I had them :) I am scheduled for a touch up so will add a photo later, however, I just want to point out that you are not going to get a cookie cutter brow . Jeongae is a master artist and I could not be happier!read more

I was terrified the day of my appointment to do Ambre powder brow , Jeong was amazing, she helped me to work up my... courage and go to my appointment and I did not regret It! She is absolutely amazing!extremely focused and detail oriented, she is very very clean as well. All my fear disappeared when I saw how much she cares and takes time to compare and verify. I unfortunately had a really bad experience. JeongAe is clearly talented in her work, and I researched for eyeliner... tattoos and found her. I came in early for my appointment, and at first we disagreed on the position of the tattoo. Her excuse for not wanting to go for the position I wanted is that my eye shape wouldn't allow it. Once we finally agreed on that, I noticed that the eyeliner shapes on both eyes didn't match. Her excuse for that was that my eyes were each shaped differently so the tattoo won't match on both eyes. Finally after an hour she said that she wouldn't continue and kicked me out because she wouldn't have enough time before her next appointment. So she only allotted 30min for positioning for a tattoo on my eyelid, and then everything about my eyes was off for her. I have freckle tattoos on my face and other tattoos and I have never EVER had an artist kick me out. AND THE FACT THAT SHE ONLY ALLOTED 30MIN FOR POSITIONING/DRAWING OUT A TATTOO ON AN EYELID (I came in early and had extra time but still that's ridiculous). I even got an email afterwards about how to take care of my tattoo - which i didn't even get (not that she cares). I'm sure she does great work but her customer service and how she treats clients needs some work. She has not reached out to reschedule, not that I would trust her after such a bad experience - $283 deposit lost. Wish I could give 0 stars.read more

Let me say I was terrified to have someone do eye liner tattooing…eyes freak me out and I can’t even apply eye drops to... myself. But, Jeongae was so professional and she explained everything so carefully to me so I really understood every step of the process. She made me feel so comfortable and I instantly felt at ease. She was caring and gentle, but always a professional. The way she creates the shape and the colour is truly an art form. My eye liner looks so good and it isn’t even fully healed yet. I cannot say enough positive things about Jeongae and her work! I got the winged eyeliner done. Somehow she managed to... take what I was looking for and elevate it to a new level! I made a consultation appointment here and had to cancel which i did the same day snd asked peer for a refund of the 25... dollars she charged to book the consult snd she refused to refund the deposit . Very unprofessional and seems like it was more important to take 25 dollars from me than to just do a good thing and refund the deposit considering the circumstances. She’s out for money not customer service or generally just bring a good person in times of Covid when people are sufferingread more

Jeongae is so talented and I love her work! She pays great attention to detail and doesn’t cut any corners! I have... tried YEARS and was never able to perfect winged eyeliner. Jeongae is the Queen of eyebrows and was absolutely amazing and put me at ease right away. As a male I was a little... hesitant, but she assured me she would not do anything I was not happy with. She found the perfect shape and color for my brows based on the shape of my face and complexion. She is so detail oriented, insanely meticulous in a great way and I was so happy with my results. She is a real sweetheart and easy to talk to. I guess the only thing I don't like is I have to wait 2 to 3 years to see her again for a touchup lol. JeongAe is an incredibly skilled and talented permanent makeup artist. I had my eyeliner and brows done by another... permanent makeup artist previously, and although it was done well, the pigment had changed colours and what was supposed to be a blackish-brown, now had pinkish undertones. JeongAe patiently listened to my concerns, addressed areas that need correcting, told me what was possible and what wasn’t, carefully proceeded and did not rush through the procedure. She masterfully corrected the pigment and shape for my brows and she beautifully enhanced the shape of my eyes. Jeongae is an artist! She was very thorough in each step of the process, from shaping my brows to using the ombre... shading technique to fill them in and finally, instructing me in the aftercare and expectations after. she made me feel comfortable throughout the process! Thinking back, I remember being hesitant at getting my brows micro bladed but she also explained to me the different types. Jeongae provided me with information about which type of technique was best for my skin and made me feel confident in my decision. It's been at least a year since I had my brows down and they still look amazing. I still receive so many compliments on them and people can't believe how natural they look. What can I say? I have NEVER had anyone do my brows or fill them in. The thought of having them tattooed was... frightening. And I hear that all the time! I honestly cannot begin to express how happy I am with my brows!!! It is like taking a breath of fresh air. It is... amazing what a remarkable difference something as small as eyebrows can do for your appearance. I was a bit cautious about getting my brows done and was looking for someone who had done the procedure on black skin. When I consulted with JeongAe, I felt reassured. She completely understands the different skin tones, how they heal and what procedure is best for what skin tone. It is not a one size fits all.
